HaThiya 14 is a multidisciplinary cultural hub in southern Tel Aviv, jointly owned by the Tel Aviv–Yafo Municipality and REALITY Fund. Located within one of the city’s most dynamic and evolving districts, the compound operates as a platform for culture, creativity, learning, and community engagement, bringing together artists, makers, entrepreneurs, independent cultural initiatives, local residents, and long-established industrial businesses within a shared urban ecosystem.
The visual identity was developed around the idea of creative construction – a space where culture is continuously built through participation, dialogue, and human connection. Inspired by architectural drafting, modular systems, urban grids, and the industrial character of the compound, the visual language combines geometric forms, technical linework, and dynamic compositions that feel both structured and open-ended.
The graphic system functions as a toolkit rather than a fixed composition. Grids, circles, geometric fragments, abstract symbols, and modular structures can be recombined across print, digital media, signage, environmental graphics, and event communications. This flexibility enables the identity to grow alongside the cultural activity it represents.
HaThiya 14 establishes a visual framework for an evolving cultural and community platform – one that transforms a former industrial compound into a place of creativity, participation, and collective urban life. And demonstrates how design can support not only a place, but the community that gives it meaning.
